Enabling Statute

The Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) are the official laws of the State of Colorado. C.R.S. 29-1-204.5 (PDF) is the law that allows communities to create shared housing authorities like APCHA.

APCHA operates under an Intergovernmental Agreement (PDF) between the City of Aspen and the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners.
