APCHA Managed Properties

APCHA directly manages and maintains 5 apartment complexes for a total of 358 apartments in Pitkin County. We have long term, winter seasonal and senior priority apartments. The income limits vary depending on the number of people, category and property. There are a limited number of pet apartments at Truscott Phase I. When a unit in a property managed by APCHA becomes available we will post the opening online. Applicants for APCHA managed rental properties must have their work history verification on file before signing up for an available rental. Verification includes W2s, 1099s, etc. Units are offered to whoever has the longest proven work history and meets all other requirements.

Rental Assistance Program:
