The room is the Master bedroom, and has fantastic views. The cost is $800 per month, all utilities (including wifi) included. The house is three stories with a fenced in backyard and garage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We are located just a short walk or bike ride away from the RFTA bus stop that runs up and down valley every 12 minutes. We are also super close to beautiful downtown Carbondale. The roommates are in their early thirties and love to ski, adventure, and have fun! We already have two amazing dogs living with us, so please no additional pets (per our lease).
