Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority

In observance of President's Day, both APCHA offices will be closed Monday, February 18, 2019. Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

Thinking about applying for future APCHA managed rentals?  Verify your Pitkin County Work History (W2s, 1099s, P&Ls, etc.) by stopping into either the Truscott or Main Office. There is a one time $20 fee.

APCHA Announcement: 2018 W2s, 1099s, Profit & Loss

APCHA will require all new applicants and those updating packets to provide 2018 W2s and 1099s starting Friday, February 1, 2019. If self-employed, please provide an end of year 2018 profit and loss statement.
