The 802 West Main units pre-application is now available for interested parties. These units are one bedroom, one bathroom units with ten available in total. Half are category 2 (Income limit: $65,750 1/person, $75,150/2 person) and half category 3 (income limit: $100,600 1/person, $114,950). The monthly rent for category 2 apartments is $1,112 and $1,576 for a category 3 unit. No animals will be allowed in these units. For the first round of tenants a lottery will be held, only households that are category 2 or 3 will be offered and considered for these units. The application will be available until 6/26/2020 and the lottery date will be announced shortly after the application period ends. See below for the pre-application instructions and link.

This is a pre-application only, to be placed in the lottery, this is the only document that is needed. When the application has been completed please send it to apcha@cityofaspen.com, once sent, we will confirm your household category place you in the lottery. The top 5 of each category will be offered a unit, at that time each household will completed a regular rental application.
