I am looking to fill a master suite in a two story townhouse in Basalt off of Willits Lane. 2/2.5 townhouse with 2 private master upstairs suites.
$1250 includes your own master suite with, private bathroom, large closet, internet, utilities, reserved covered parking spot, trash, and washer and dryer inside of unit. [First month and a security deposit ($2,500 total) required]

The whole house is furnished with the exception of your room. You can use all of my dishes/kitchen appliances, couch, TV, couch, streaming services, etc., just be clean and respectful.
