1. How often do the Regulations change?

The Regulations change periodically throughout the year dependent on policy initiatives, annual updates to figures, and/or changes to the circumstances pertaining to a policy. Regulation changes are made public through local media outlets and the APCHA website and social media sites. For more information, please call 970-920-5050.

2. When do Guideline changes go into effect?

Unless otherwise stated in the official Resolution language, APCHA Guideline changes go into effect immediately after being approved by the APCHA Board of Directors and getting through the City of Aspen City Council and Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners call-up processes.
