Are there any exclusions to owning developed property in the OEZ?

Persons owning improved residential property within the OEZ, residing in deed-restricted housing prior to May 1, 1994, will be allowed to retain ownership of that residential property and still be eligible to reside in that specific deed-restricted unit. However, once the residential property is sold, the person residing in said deed-restricted unit may not acquire additional residential property and still maintain eligibility to reside in deed-restricted housing.
