APCHA ANNOUNCEMENT: Essential Repairs Pilot Program: Grant Application

Essential Repair Grants Up to $10,000 for Category 1-3 APCHA Owners 

APCHA is opening grant applications for essential repair projects for APCHA homes. Grants of up to $10,000 are available for Category 1-3 APCHA owners. Grant applications will be accepted from October 16th, 2023, at 8:00 AM until November 30th, 2023, at 5:00 PM (MST). If not all funds are utilized, the application will remain open, and grants will continue to be awarded on a rolling basis until depletion of funds. 

Steps to Apply:

  1. (Optional) Receive a repair quote/estimate. 
  2. Fill-out Google Form application
  3. Complete Qualification (Required for a valid application)
    1. Owners must provide this information for anyone on the unit title;
  1. Last year’s W2 or 1099, last year’s tax return, and an employment verification form to document full-time employment. 
  2. Drop off forms in-person at the APCHA office or upload forms to your person account on HomeTrek. 

 

Eligibility requirements include:

  • Category 1-3 APCHA Homeowner (based on current income not including assets).
  • Must be current on HOA dues, tax, and in full compliance.
  • Repairs must be essential to the health and safety of the home.
