Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Department: Housing (Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority or APCHA)
Position Summary: Responsible for overall property management operations of APCHA. Oversees management of administrative and maintenance staff at APCHA’s Truscott Office.
Supervision Exercised and Received: Position works under the direct supervision of Deputy Director, but occasionally will report to Executive Director and Assistant City Manager. Supervises the Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Property Manager, and the APCHA-Managed Qualification Specialist.
