Lottery will be held 12 PM on Monday, 1/25/2021 at the APCHA office. Lottery results will be posted following the lottery and after winner(s) have been notified by APCHA staff. NEW BIDDERS OR HOUSEHOLDS WITH EXPIRED PACKETS, MUST BRING IN THEIR COMPLETED/UPDATED PACKET BY 4PM ON 1/13/2021 AND MUST ALSO COMPLETE A HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSE AND SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE (if not already completed).
