A private developer brought forward the project to the City Council as a 100% workforce housing project that would be subsidized by the City of Aspen. The units are deed-restricted to Category 3 and 4. There are a total of 14 condominiums - 13 are three-bedroom, two-bath and 1 is a two-bedroom one-bath.
