Owners are required to complete an affidavit online or in-person every two years to verify continuous full-time employment/work in the county, primary residency of at least nine months per year, and no ownership of developed residential property in the Ownership Exclusion Zone (OEZ).

APCHA has the right to request additional documentation through an audit or follow up on a complaint.
Failure to Complete Paperwork
Failure to complete the forms and/or submit the requested documentation results in a Notice of Violation and stops the appreciation of the owner’s unit(s) sales value, until the owner is brought back into compliance.
