In order to bid, your APCHA sales packet must be CURRENT, including a CURRENT application, copies of 2016 W-2s and/or 1099’s (CURRENT profit and loss statement, if self-employed), complete 2016 and 2015 tax returns including Federal, State and any schedules, recent paystubs, Colorado ID., documentation of all assets. APCHA WILL NOT ACCEPT EXTENSIONS OR DRAFTS OF TAX RETURNS; MUST BE FINAL AND SUBMITTED TO IRS!! Due to recent changes in the lending and sale processes, APCHA STRONGLY encourages applicants meet with and choose a lender before the lottery.

THREE OPEN HOUSES SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 28, 2017, 4-6PM

Williams Woods Condominiums – 303 Williams Way.  $213,276, Category 2/3**, 2BR, 1BA, 932 SF.  **First priority applicant will be a Category 2 household that meets all APCHA criteria.  Second priority applicant will be a Category 3 household that meets all APCHA criteria.  Parking is very limited, so please walk, carpool or take the bus.  Two level home in private, quiet complex.  Home has wood and tile floors, deck, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances and pantry.  HOA dues $225/month.  Dues include snow removal, trash, recycling, sewer, heat tape, common area maintenance, HOA insurance.  Owners also responsible for City water, Holy Cross Electric, Black Hills Energy accounts. Property taxes $409/year.  Pets - cats allowed; no dogs allowed.  The in-complex bid period ends Wednesday, July 5, at 4:00 p.m.  The two-week bid period ends Wednesday, July 12 at 4:00 p.m.  The lottery will be held Monday, July 17, at noon at the APCHA office.
